Qualified Staff

From the beginning it has been our goal to be one of the best firms in the city. And so we take great pains to choose the best people for our professional staff, drawing from graduates of top collegiate programs for new staff members. Basic professional training is supplemented by our own internal program in which professional staff annually earn up to 80 hours of continuing professional education, far exceeding state requirements of 40 hours a year.

We recruit and train specialists who are equipped to handle complex issues and procedures. To avoid duplication of services and to give our clients the best service at the most reasonable cost, we use a team approach that gives every client access to the best expertise within the firm in every area of service.

Quality Service

Quality is extremely important whenever financial statements and reporting are concerned. We judge work by clarity, consistency and accuracy, and we set tough standards in each area. We also set high standards in another area-interpretation and follow-through. Financial information is essential, but it's also important to know what the information means and how it relates to the organization's goals.

Alternative Client Services

All of our work is generated by client referrals, and we enjoy long-term relationships with our clients. As a result we have enjoyed steady controlled growth over the years that enables us to maintain the close client contact that is absolutely essential in order to know individual business needs and stay on top of important deadlines and details.

Community Involvement

All professionals have an obligation to give something back to the community that supports them. In our case, community involvement has always been a special pleasure. The firm supports a variety of educational and social service organizations, through gifts of money and time. Jeffrey and Jay Cohen serve as board members for a number of not-for-profit organizations, and the firm provides professional services for several human service organizations in the Denver area.
